CASA MAGENTA APARTMENTS - HOUSE RULES
Complying with the Casa Magenta Apartments House Rules is a requirement of the rental agreement.
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
We kindly request all our Guests to fully comply with the House Rules during their stay. Guests should notify the Hosts of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
2. NOISES AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Casa Magenta Apartments are suitable for children. However, Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood.
We kindly request that all Guests respect each other and keep noise levels to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties, especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure. Excessive noise from radios, televisions, musical instruments or other noise sources should be avoided so as not to disturb other guests.
Please also avoid occupying or cluttering the common areas during your stay with the exception of when moving, loading and unloading during check-in and check-out. To protect the security of the building and the guests, we kindly ask you to ensure that the entrance doors of the building are closed day and night, when accessing and egressing the building.
We also ask that you respectfully refrain from the following: -
Throw garbage or objects of any kind from windows and stairs.
Keep garbage in the common areas and in particular on the stairs, even if in closed containers.
Smoking in the apartments, in common areas and in the stairwells.
3. VISITORS
Guests are allowed Visitors at any time during their stay. However, Guests are responsible for ensuring that all Visitors comply with the Casa Magenta Apartments House Rules. Any additional overnight Visitors should be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to additional fees as noted in the apartment pricing structure. Overnight Visitors shall be communicated to the Hosts at the earliest opportunity.
4. FUNCTIONS AND PARTIES
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at Casa Magenta Apartments and any small gathering must comply with the House Rules with respect to Noise.
5. PARKING
Guests and any Visitors shall comply with local parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles. Parking arrangements at Casa Magenta Apartments are as follows: -
Paid Parking is available in Via IV Novembre, which is the street at the end of Via Magenta. Paid parking spaces are designated by blue road markings and payment is required between the hours of 09.00 and 12.30 and 14.30 to 20.00 Hours at a cost of 0.50 Euros per hour.
Free Parking is available within a 5 minute walk from the Casa Magenta Apartments in Piazza della Repubblica and in the unlikely event that this becomes full, there are 2 further free overspill car parks located close by off Via Regazzi del’ 99 designated P2 and P3.
To facilitate unloading and loading, it is permissible to stop briefly, in the street, outside Casa Magenta Apartments. In this case the vehicle should be left with hazard warning lights on and ideally not left unattended during loading/unloading activities.
6. WASTE AND RECYCLING
You are kindly requested to observe the following waste segregation requirements for the apartment and to use the marked-up waste containers available to you in the apartment, these are: -
Organic food waste - this should only contain food waste and organic, biodegradable material free of all packaging materials. Special plastic biodegradable bags have been provided in the drawer units.
Paper/cardboard - this should be free of all other materials including plastic. Please do not put pizza boxes in the paper/cardboard waste as these have been contaminated with food waste and will not be accepted by the municipality.
Plastic and Aluminum Cans - this should be free of all other materials including paper and cardboard.
Dry Waste - this is for all other general waste not contained in the streams above and should be free of all liquids.
Glass bottles should be bagged up and will be removed by the cleaner at the end of your stay.
7. SAFETY AND SECURITY
Whenever Guests leave Casa Magenta Apartments, please ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and to prevent rain and water damage. Guests should switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. Please do not leave the main access door open when exiting Casa Magenta.
8. SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in and around Casa Magenta Apartments. If Guests choose to smoke in the street outside the building, then great care should be taken to ensure that cigarette butts are disposed of properly and do not litter the property grounds or the street.
9.PETS
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances at Casa Magenta Apartments.
10.DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
All Damages and Breakages should be reported to the Hosts as soon as reasonably practicable. To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. No items from the apartment inventory shall be removed from the property, even temporarily.
11. CHECK-OUT ARRANGEMENTS
Checkout shall be by 10.00 AM on the day of departure unless a late checkout is pre-agreed with the Hosts. One set of property keys shall be left inside the Casa Magenta Apartments and the remaining set left under the mat outside the apartment after the entrance door has been closed and locked.
